I believe in the person-centred approach which is a theory of counselling which regards the relationship between the counsellor and the client of great importance.

I regard clients as people with their own knowledge and experience and I aim to work on issues which are meaningful for the individual person. I believe that every individual has the internal resources for growth and that when a counsellor offers the core conditions of congruence, unconditional positive regard and empathy, therapeutic movement will take place.
